MEET OUR FOUNDER
With over 17 years of experience at the intersection of engineering, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and project leadership, Alphonse Mbatchi Maganga founded D-Safeguard to bring integrity, innovation, and results-driven strategy to the cybersecurity industry.
His career has spanned aerospace, energy, banking, and IT, where he has led high-stakes projects in supplier management, risk mitigation, and technical compliance. A veteran in security operations, Alphonse has directed SOC teams, developed incident response strategies, and implemented advanced cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and CVSS, aligning them with business objectives to protect enterprise assets.
As a former IT Manager and Service Delivery Manager, he has overseen the rollout of SIEM and SOAR systems, managed penetration testing, launched vulnerability management programs, and championed threat hunting initiatives. These efforts not only reduced organizational risk—they reflected the very pillars of leadership that define D-Safeguard’s approach to security.
Alphonse also brings formal education to match his experience, holding both Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science, along with a PMP certification and a Cybersecurity Certificate. He is an expert in project reporting, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional communication, and PMO process improvement, with a global perspective shaped by leading distributed teams across multiple time zones and high-pressure environments.
