With more than 20 years of experience across engineering, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and project leadership, Alphonse Mbatchi Maganga founded D-SafeGuard to bring integrity and innovation to the cybersecurity and healthcare IT landscape.
His background spans aerospace, energy, banking, and IT—but his work in healthcare security operations, incident response, and regulatory compliance has shaped the company's healthcare-first mindset. He has led SOC teams, implemented SIEM/SOAR platforms, developed vulnerability management programs, and aligned enterprise security with frameworks such as NIST, CVSS, and the HIPAA Security Rule.
